THE MASTERS HOUSE

THE FARMHOUSE
The Farmhouse has a sitting room, a kitchen/dining room and five bedrooms, with a bathroom on the ground floor and a shower room on the first floor (each with toilet and washbasin).
The house, which is about 150 years old was formerly two cottages, so there are two staircases.
The staircase leads from the dining area to a suite of two bedrooms the first with twin beds and a door to the second, which has a double bed The shower room is en suite with the second bedroom.
The second staircase, situated in a lobby beyond the sitting room, leads to a large family room in the attic There is a double bed and a pair of single beds in this room, and plenty of room for a third bed, should this be needed.
The two small single bedrooms are also reached from the lobby, and the ground floor bathroom is conveniently situated between them, near the staircase. The second of the single rooms has a french window to the ground floor terrace, and there is another glass door to the terrace in the corridor between the bedrooms.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, a gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, magimix, kettle, toaster and other conveniences There is a video and small TV, and plenty of video cassettes as well as a radio.
KIEV COTTAGE
This small cottage will accommodate a couple with up to two children. It is arranged as a kitchen/living room below and a bed-sitting room with sleeping platform above. A microwave, fridge and gas cooker form part of the basic equipment provided in the downstairs room. The furniture consists of a breakfast table and chairs, a divan bed and a small cupboard.
The bathroom is on the ground floor beyond the kitchen/living room, by a short corridor that leads to the swimming pool. There is a shower over the bath as well as a WC, basin and bidet and it is very handy for swimmers.
The room upstairs is delightful and sunny with a fine view and French window to the terrace over the pool. In addition to the double bed, there is a divan bed in this room, and a pair of single beds on the platform above.
Kiev Cottage is an optional annex to the Farmhouse, providing an extra bathroom and bedroom and additional facilities. While smaller parties may choose not to rent it, taking both cottages gives you exclusive use of the pool, extra space and added convenience for swimmers.
